Q: Are your products handmade?

A: Yes! We make everything fresh by hand each and every day at our shop in Sunderland. If you are passing, feel free to pop in for a behind the scene preview while browsing our shop section.

Q: I live local, can I order to collect instead?

A: Yes, feel free! We are located at Unit 5A Chipchase Court, Seaham Grange Industrial Estate, Sunderland, SR7 0PP. Please email us if you wish to collect your order and we will provide a collection code to use at checkout when ordering to deduct the shipping cost.

 Q: Can I use your products on my children?

A: We recommend all our products to be used on children of the age 3 years and up. 

Q: Can I combine my orders?

A: If you place multiple online orders, we will try our best to combine these if the shipping address is the same, and will include a free product to cover the extra shipping charge if applicable. Please note that this is not guaranteed. Our priority is shipping your orders as fast as possible, so we cannot promise we will be able to combine orders, if we happen to find during packing, we will certainly try our best to assist, but it is not guaranteed and your orders may arrive separately as per your order.
